Skinner would be a plan Z that I still doubt would ever occur. If it gets to the point where Dubas strikes out in free agency, and on the trade market, then he’d probably be better off using that cap space to bring in cap dumps and accompanying assets anyways.

I’m a big fan of Kevin Hayes the guy, but want nothing to do with Hayes the player at this point. He’s incredibly slow, which hurts his specific play style. Acciari plays with an identity that this team very much needs. An identity that Hayes certainly doesn’t have. He’s physical and great on the PK, making much less than Hayes. Acciari will be better with more speed on his line, instead of Jeff Carter’s stone skates. Give me Acciari over Hayes on this team for sure.

Just an FYI, Pittsburgh isn’t exactly far from Buffalo.

Pens are much better just keeping 5m Smith for one season that having 9m Skinner for three years.

I keep seeing this smith for skinner deal and i for one would love to swap. I hace no idea why you'd want skinner @9mil but he's all yours. The main issue is the no move, unlessyou think he's going to get uncomfotable in buf for some reason he's probably just gonna wait it out.
