Hawks decline. They'd have zero interest in either of those players. Neither fill any need.

Hawks pass. There's nothing coming Chicago's way worth a 2nd round pick to them. Maybe another team values Harris and Ylönen somewhere near 2nd and 4th round picks though. They're set on LD and if they wanted a LD to play the right side, Kaiser had been doing that in Rockford and is deserving of playing time in Chicago. I don't see much value at all in Ylönen at this point.

Detroit re-signed Ras because they want to keep him.

I love Ras as much as the next guy but I'm struggling to see a world where Yzerman passes up a first round pick for him

Pick 25ish in what is considered a weaker draft to obtain a kid that won't be with the Wings for another 3+ years or may not pan out at all. Meanwhile Ras fits the bill as a middle 6 plug that can play up and down the lineup, has great size and can also take draws. He is at a solid age, and has a solid contract. Prior to his injuries (slowly becoming a concern) he was finding his stride.

You also added in Dvorak which is for cap purposes I get, but I don't see him being anything more than a 4th line player.

Wings pass, not a trade they would entertain
