First round pick is nice but not really a lot of incentive for Seattle to move on from Wright yet.

I don’t see how any of this makes the Flyers better long term. Rosen is meh, Shane Wright is very close to just being a bust, and idk if Colorado would want that

RW is the only position we are actually stacked in and we are basically desperate in every other position so he doesn’t help us when we could get a 1st for Laughton and use that to pick in a position of need

Hard pass from Buffalo. Rosen is worth way more than Laughton. Negative impact players don't fetch 1st round prospects having solid AHL seasons.

I'd disagree. That's a steal for me. Avs should accept. Cap saving (against what Mitts will likely cost to re-sign). Better 2C. Bonus bottom 6er. 1st round pick back.

How do you figure Frost is a better 2C than Mitts? If that's the case, they'll have to pay Frost even more than they'd be paying Mitts after next season.

Not so. That's not the case. The cap will go up further, more space, more freedom.

It's going to go up regardless but if Frost if the better player, he'll want more money than Mitts, right? What am I missing here? Also, how do you figure Frost is the better player?
