I actually agree, so not everything you post is 🐎 bleep. Honourable mentions to McCabe, Domi, Kampf & Dewar - they’ve been good as well. Missing two superstars (Willy for 3 & Matthews for 3), Marner mostly a non-factor, going for 1 for 20 on PP with suspect goaltending in game 3; impressive we’re even getting it to game 7.

This team has jelled and l myself am hoping Matthews can't play game7.

Everyone is blocking shots. Edmunson has been pretty good though. Better than expected.

Without Willy they wouldn't be in the playoffs still. Without Edmunson they would be in the same spot as now. If they didn't have Willy, they wouldn't have scored last night.

its hard to say someone who only had 1.good game out of 6 is an mvp for the teams in a series...

He's only played 3 and he certainly was good last game as well. He's money when it counts. 7 goals in elimination games. Willy is money.

The fans who only see points in the ledger should really pipe down.

im not saying he is not good, im just saying since he didnt play a lot this series, i dont quite see him as an mvp. we are talking only about this one, everything else he did is irrelevent, not sure why you are so defensive about him. he just wasnt playing

No one did anything in the 3 loses. Matthews was dominant in game 2. Since then Woll has been nuts. Knies has gotten better and better and Willy was exactly what we needed last night. Those 3 are the biggest reasons we have a chance.

Certainly Matthews could replace Gregor, but to depend on Matthews to be good.....that's iffy after missing so many games and hard practices. When Nylander came back in came four, he was liability after missing three games and practices.

My personal opinion is you are undervaluing the defensive play of some players. Willy still only had 1 good game out of 6. not an mvp in my book.

No not at all. McCabe has been really good, Rielly isn't dominant but he's been so solid as well. I have liked Edmunson as well, if he can be our 3LD for 1.5 next season I am happy. Liljegren has done well as well as Benoit. However we need scoring and Willy is the best we have at that until Matthews is healthy.

agree to disagree! love willy, he's been very good this year and the last few playoffs, but he still just had one good game out of 6. cant be an MvP to me for this series.
