I assumed Jets/Leafs say yes, Flames might need some additional picks/prospects to make sense for them although don't have the knowledge to further balance it just putting the concept into existence.

Flames need more to accommodate what they're giving out (essentially 15M in salary)... this is 1st round pick+ territory on top of Coleman and Markstrom's value

Jets got killed by their 2-3 defense... I'd say that is their #1 area of concern right now, not right wing.
