I know I know both Marner and JT have full NMC

We've seen NMC move in the past no reason we couldn't see again, I'd imagine JT looking for a cup is as likely in Nashville than it is Toronto, LA feels like a nice fit for Marner

Nope I'm not, what I am offering is 11 million dollars in cap space and that's if the player (Marner) would play in LA he might be like nah make it Pittsburgh or nothing and then it's EK65 coming back to make the money work

MTL weren't willing to trade Dach for PLD last summer so I highly doubt they're keener to do so now.

Ah yes, 11m in cap space is the same thing than -5m in cap space to add a third liner for two very valuable young players. 3 first and Knies is pretty light too

I guess you haven't noticed but This Marner (including the flip of PLD) garnered the leafs 11 million in space, a 1st, Kirby Dach (a risk yes but a C with size and potential) and a RHD RFA so basically another Liljegren

Well he was more impactful for his team in the 4 periods he did play than PLD was in whatever you want to call that sorry excuse for a season he had, not to mention their respective contracts.

I don't see how Blake keeps his job if he basically turned $13M retained over 7 years, Vilardi, Iafallo, Kupari, 2nd rounder, another 2nd rounder into one year of Mitch Marner.

Like how could you honestly see LA doing this after Blake clearly indicated he hasn't entertained a buyout for PLD.
