    Calgary just extended Pospisil for a dirt cheap deal. No reason to move him for an unneeded center

    I doubt Utah will want to take on more LTIR deals like Backstrom. They are significantly more likely to move off of Webers contract instead.

    I think they will be more active in the UFA market

    Curious, what do you like about McBain? His size is great and production is okay for a 3C, but his advanced stats and faceoffs definitely leave something to be desired. I’ve watched zero coyotes games aside from when we play them so not super familiar with his game

    my guess is Caps will have multiple guys on LTIR so there's no need to move the Backstrom contract

    I just like to throw him in lineups when I make em on here

    Gotcha. As a 4C im for it. Just feels like he’s not quite 3C material. But as a 4C he’s probably just a more NHL ready version of Gaucher.
