I don't know, they might actually do that.

I wouldn’t sign Foegele if he paid us.

For his salary right now, you could probably sign Henrique, Arvidsson maybe even DeBrusk.

Foegele is going to be asking for more than 3M on the open market.
Hard pass.

Don’t be naive, Sharks take that all day.

You get two 2nd’s & two 3rd’s

Plus, you get to flip every single player for more picks.

Sharks could come out with 7 picks from this deal.

Picks are like gold for the Sharks at this point.

Sorry, but it’s going to take at least 1 premium asset (late 2nds don’t count) to take that Campbell contract.

Sorry, but it’s better to buy him out then. This is the Karlsson deal all over again, Grier has tried this twice and been burned twice.
Take what you can get.

The Karlsson deal where he got the 14th overall pick in this draft as well as Granlund who was very good for us this year? What is your other example of Grier getting “burned”?

2 late 2nds. 2 late 3rds. That's not very good

Campbell is impossible to flip idk what you're on about, Ceci is looking like the worst player in these playoffs and no one will want him, Kulak is a 4th liner making 2.75 mil. That's not worth anything

Taking on ELEVEN million is insanity, Cambell and Kulak being long term contracts.

Sharks aren't desperate for picks anymore, they want to start building back up

The Sharks are delusional if they think they will just “build back” for next year. The Sharks literally have nothing.

Edmonton is delusional (skinner can win the cup) if anyone is going to take out your trash and pay out 25M to give up a player who fits our mold for a couple of low 2nd rounders. No 1st then send these 3 superstars somewhere else.

"START building back". Taking the Oilers trash players, adding cap, and getting an awful return for them literally sets them back.

You're counting the bonus money twice. Capfriendly automatically includes it in the cap calculation, you don't need to enter it manually.

I don't agree with this ^ at all, but the rest is perfectly reasonable:
