1. WPG clearly declines
2. Pretty fair value imo, but PIT shouldn’t do this because that will be a very good 2nd and they will start to rebuild at that time
3. Not a huge fan of this one for MTL, but it’s probably fair value
4. MTL won’t pay to dump this year, but it would be the minimum price for sure

I agree. Value isn't bad, but it's $4.8M that the Pens are better off spending elsewhere.
