Sheary possess bottom-six talent. If he continues to play with Crosby, his numbers will be steady. If he moves off that line, they will falter.

As the graph displays, Connor Sheary plays well with Sidney Crosby and Crosby has nearly the same result when Connor Sheary ins't on his line. But when you examine how well Sheary does without Crosby, he trends towards "dull" and "bad", thus making Sheary depended on Sidney Crosby.

Let's hypothetically replace Connor Sheary with Nick Cousins. Both have very similar build and speed, yet Sheary has a higher point total because he plays 53% of his 5v5 TOI w/ Crosby (697/1314) and has most of his time on the wing of Crosby. Nick Cousins doesn't play with a superstar center, resulting in him producing low yield results.

TJ Oshie had an incredibly high shooting percentage. I would expect that to drop next year.
Johnathan Marshmallows was also pretty luck last year. But he's going to get pleanty of ice time in Vegas so we'll see.

Sheary ... he's good on Crosby's line but without Crosby he struggles.
