Doughty would cost more, and isn't getting traded anyway.

I think Edmonton is winning that trade. Draisaitl may have the most overall value as a long term asset, but Doughty's a stud and Toffoli's a great young player despite having a down year last season.

Looks like a Dangerous top 9 and same with the 2 top pairs. Draisaitl would be a great addition to LAK IOT make the team a little younger. Doughty is only 27 yo, it's a little too early to trade him but I think they should go for a 3 to 5 years rebuilt if they want to have a chance at cup again.

I like it. Edmonton gets imo a top 3 defender in the world, and a true winger who can play beside McDavid. LA gets a young 1C who is locked up long term and can do damage either with or behind Kopitar, they also get Nurse who still has potential to be a solid defender who can play the big minutes (Oil/Ducks game 5)

Interesting idea, but you're giving your team too much value in the trade. Doughty is worth even a bit more than Drai, and Toffoli is worth more than Fayne and Nurse
