Really there is no other option for a cap dump. You don't want Zajac and you don't want to retain any of EJ's cap hit. Right now I am just trying to figure out if I can absorb his contract somehow, but I don't think it is going to work.

Zajac's contract is just worrisome for me. I dont want to make a deal and have to be stuck with him. I can maybe retain on EJ a bit but that decision would have to come later in like January to see where my team is at that point.

I just tested the trade out on my page to see how much cap I would have left and since you r taking Ryan Clowe off my hands I still have 1.5 mil left of cap so it works out.
