Some GM's do.. It's hard enough to be the GM of the Islanders.. You could at least give me a chance to prove myself.. I was an unproven GM on a VERY crappy team. I would do anything to have a team like this an rebuild it.. I know I've made errors, but I would fix them..

This is a good way for you to "prove yourself", if you are given a meh team and turn it into a great team then you have proven yourself. The BOE wont give a decent team that still has all of its original players to somebody who has done NOTHING BUT COMPLAIN since joining. Personally I dont mind you but if ypu feel entitled to a team just because you dont like the team you have right now then you should just leave because you arent getting a new one.
