Blackhawks next year isea
You'd be better off paying Dzingel over Hartman for that money as a 3rd line RW. Hawks don't need Gardiner, they have Beaudin and Chad Krys ready next season or the season after. Gus is playing very solid and Dahlstrom is looking good too. Hawks have a logjam at defense and don't need more.
Delia won't get $2M, likely $1.25 on a 2 year prove it deal. Martinsen would sign for $800K. All RFA's are due a 5% raise minimum per CBA rules so Sikura needs to sign for more. Kampf will also get more likely $1.25 or $1.5m. Who are the Hawks drafting? All top 5 players in the draft will likely slot in to the lineup next year.

So it would be toffoli to Chicago for 2019 2nd, John hayden, Brendan perlini, and chad krys or Ian Mitchell... but If I put in Mitchell Hayden comes out.</div></div>
Yes, Perlini, Mitchell, & a 2019 2nd probably gets it done.

that and who knows the caps might have ruined or mismanaged him like they did bura..... or wilson for the first 6 years of his career

Get your canucks biased out of here. You realize Hughes went 7th and Boqvist 8th. Boqvist and a 1st makes zero sense.

The young bottom 6
Not bad. Just interesting. I think Barratt will finish out his college career and Hagel/ kurashev should continue development. Hagel in the A next year and kurashev with another year in junior. I do like those 3 players. Kurashev seems like a steal but they are playing junior/college hockey so who knows if it can carry over to the pros.. and why sign Mitchell just to scratch him. He will probably finish college out also

The hawks
You ate correct he is not the worst defenseman in the world, right now. But 3 years down the road when he still counting over 6 million against the cap, that is another story, especially when he has 3 more years to go.
If he is so good and he is not the worst defenseman why trade him? I bet it is because down the road that contract hurts the Hawks.

Thanks! I put Kakko on the 3rd line because could you imagine Vilardi, Kempe, and Kakko on the same line?!
It was between Panarin and Duchene for a free agency pick up.

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Brady0369</b></div><div>I understand the whole Murphy for Jenner trade cuase u need room for boqvist but u can get more than that for Murphy. Maybe Jenner and 3rd for Murphy. U have to pay RFA more than what their nhl entry contract was at least by 5% I’m pretty sure. Search it up if I’m wrong. Also trade the dumb manning dude. Get a 7th round pick in 3034 for all I care just get rid of him. Lines are perfect I think except have crow starter. His injuries r really hurting his skill. Jenner much cheaper than anisimov so good placing him there. Even Dzingel can go there. Good team just a few small mistakes that honestly don’t matter to much.</div></div>
Jenner has always been a pretty consistent player, sure Columbus could add, but I wouldn't mind this deal either. Murphy is playing very well but this is the first glimpse of improvement we've seen from him since acquiring him, and I want to see if he can maintain it. Dzingel doesn't play much center, and I think this team is pretty well balanced with a deep top 9 and a good mix of speed and size on line 4 anyways. Manning is pretty useless I agree, but I just don't think a team is interested in him at the moment. He'll be fine if he plays once every 8 or 9 games.

Decent, I don't think there's any chance Boqvist doesn't make this team. He's playing well in London. Also, think it's very possible Panarin signs and makes the hawks top 6 complete.

Worst contracts on each team
Tom Wilson is over a point per game and in the top 10 in g/60? You could argue that he’s a steal at that cost.....? I’d say bura at 3 million but again the narrative is that Wilson isn’t good or overpaid but he’s been one of the best players on our team
If he played 82 games this season he’s in pace for 54 goals?

Thanks. Good luck with the retool. Like us, I doubt CHI rebuilds. Also please don't outbid us on Panarin. I wouldn't go more than 9.3m. I think his first choice is NYR 1, CHI 2. I can see CHI bidding higher. ?

:laugh :laugh Obviously for fun, Considering your signing are nowhere close enough to what they will actually get. Erik Karlsson 7 x 12 Panarin at minimal 7 x 10 Duchene 7 x 8 and Bobrovsky 7 x 10 and those numbers are conservative.

Who won this trade Ducks sharks
If you look at it as a one season deal the ducks win it but if your looking at contracts and age the sharks win. EK, Thornton, Pavelski are all UFAs and that package as a whole is pretty old. EK is the best player in the deal but Gibson is better than Jones. Rakell’s contract probly makes him better in the long term over Pavelski. Sharks get younger and more term on basically every player but if you just look at it as a one year which group of players are better as a whole right now, the ducks get a better return.
