We need one cheap rw wife the 3rd line. Pacioretty is probably the best fit for us and cheapest but lundell is that line he shouldn’t be traded for older players or prospect who have no effect on the roster. Lundell has just had a rough first half but has actually started getting going again.

Interested in who you would want to target?[/quote]
Larsson out of Seattle is my number one target
Tanev out of Calgary is my number two target but I don't want to pay the price it will take to get him.
Walker would be my number 3 option.

Im not sold on Norris. That contract looks like PLD 2.0 and until he can prove he can stay healthy for a full season and score 35 goals again I don't want to pay another 2C 8m per season. Bad asset management from Nashville's end

Nashville has to go after another top 6 forward either in a trade or free agency. Not signing kunin and buying out myers could give us enough to maybe bring 2 impact forwards

Final PREDsdiction
Do you really think Bischel is available at 32? He was one of the few prospects interviewed by all 32 teams. Would be nice to snag him, but I think he goes earlier. And I'd be cool with rolling the dice on Miroshnichenko.
What happened to Killorn in those playoffs? He did not look good at all. I'd rather just sign Palat if that's an option.
I'd like to see Tolvanen and Tomasino get top 6 minutes, over Kunin. And Jeannot should get a chance with some more offensive players too.
Though, this doesn't seem too unrealistic of an off-season for Poile-- all starts with getting Forsberg signed, we'll see...

Forsberg Based on Rumors
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Point21</b></div><div>they would probably look for another piece if the plan is to just buy him out, Next year Tampa needs to sign Colton, Foote, Cernak, Sergy, and Cirelli and still have Seabrook on LTIR so no cap space will be gained throughout the year. I think if the package was a 2nd and 4th with Myers or the 2 3rds with Myers, Tampa would probably do that</div></div>
Fair enough-- yeah, that cap savings would work perfectly if only they were signing those guys this year. But at that price for Killorn, I would just look elsewhere.

I wouldnt say 9 is below value if it’s 8 years in a no state tax state.
5 years is way to low.
No way cousins is back. I also don’t think kunin is worth that contract but Poile will probably give him that

Curious why wouldn’t the preds just go after those players and keep everything we have going in this trade? Giving up that much for a player that doesn’t automatically turn us into a cup contender would not be smart

Luke prokop is our best right handed defenseman which is probably our weakest spot as far as prospects go. I wouldn’t get rid of him unless we get someone to replace him

Coming here to say exactly that. Jeannot or carrier will never be a healthy scratch and some of the signings are bad for Nashville

Yea no way on that first trade. I’d rather see what we have with tomasino and glass who I think will have a bigger role this upcoming season. Rather buy out Myers if we don’t give him another chance to lock up our bottom pair and apparently the 3rd trade we aren’t giving enough.

Glass is likely not ever going to be what everyone thought but tomasino is a good player with potential. ( and he played with oilers prospect ty tullio so the scouts would know him well)
I can see it, Oilers need cap flexibility and tomasino would provide that for a year or 2.</div></div>
I disagree with glass but I get why people think that. He has dealt with injuries pretty much every since he was drafted so he never really got a chance on his development until this year. When in the ahl he looked good and looks to be developing well. I don’t think he’ll be an all star but I could see him being a reliable 2nd line center. As for tomasino I think this kid is gonna be a stud and quite honestly better than Puljujarvi all together. He produced well on the 4th line and should get an promotion to the top 6

Ottawa isn’t taking on more salary on a guy they aren’t going to play. Better to buyout MDZ, or bury him again</div></div>
Myers' buyout is significantly cheaper. Maybe that's worth a 7th to OTT? Regardless, Del Zotto doesn't make sense for NSH, and just buying out the guy they already have is the better idea for them too.
Like the other Preds fans, I see more upside in Tomasino than Pulju, and think Glass' potential gets underrated a lot around here, because of his draft position.
Siegenthaler is a nice piece, but another LD isn't what NSH needs. I think Ingram and the pick is more valuable to the Preds. Shipping Kunin out of town would be great, but Johnsson isn't someone I see being any better for NSH.

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>gmgb</b></div><div>For me, Tolvanen is a bigger concern than Kunin. Kunin has been better of late, and fits in better in the bottom six than Tolvanen does, if/when Poile upgrades Johansen's line.</div></div>
Yea I meant $$$-wise. He will want a bigger contract than his last ($2.3Mx2) but hasn't really earned it. Tolvy doesn't bother me much because we are paying him $1.5Mx3 so even if he just ends up on the 4th line he isn't a big liability.
