Seth Jones had 2 bad years before he got traded. Some players are just overvalued by the league and Provorov is one of those players I think.

Flyers definitely wouldn't trade a top prospect just to get out of 1 year of a contract. I'd say Philly might have to add a late round pick but probably can just trade JVR for a late round pick.

Flyers definitely say no. Can't afford to lose more draft picks and take on bad contracts. These are the two problems the Flyers are battling and that trade made it way worse.

Hayes is a 3C so I'm totally fine with that. Left side could be scary I won't lie but I like Zamula and York enough to be okay with it.

The Scheifele, Provorov swap is definitely intriguing as a Flyers fan. Flyers really could use a 2nd line center and more offensive talent and Scheifele definitely fits both of that and after the Deangelo trade the Flyers are paying too many defenseman big money so moving Provorov is a realistic option. Both players could use fresh starts and have basically the same contract so I like it.

I'd accept it because Scheifele is a good fit for our needs and is cheaper then most other options.

Well first off Fabbro is not a need for the Flyers at all. We have Ellis, Deangelo, and Ristolainen as right shot defenseman we definitely don't need another one. If I'm trading Konecny I'd look for a young forward and two 2nds or something like that. The draft capital in return also depends on the young player coming back in the trade and for the Flyers I don't value Fabbro that highly. For example I did a trade with Ottawa.

To Ottawa: Konecny, Frost.

To Philly: Alex Formenton, 2023 & 2024 2nd Round Picks.

Yeah that's basically just a cap dump for the Flyers and the Jets lack in the bottom six so I just did them.

he's not a top 15 defenseman thats the problem. He's has been closer to a bottom 15 defenseman the past 2 years than a top 15. He's a cone defensively and then his offensive game disappeared when Werenski got injured
