<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Theo</b></div><div>Hey!

Few things to keep in mind... Kerfoot didn't play center most of last year.. so it would be in the teams best interest to have him as the main center but have someone who is a right handed shot that can take strong side right handed faceoffs (similar to how matthews/nylander did). They could use nylander in this situation.. or they could use nick shore.

Also Hyman (torn acl)/Derm (shoulder surgery) are out till dec/jan... so better to have them on ltir since it is a long time of the season. Ltir is when u are out for 10 or more games...

Another thing I could see bracco getting in + lilly. Maybe sandin for a few games (if he can't play for the full season/they are not sure they will send him down before wasting a year of his contract) So less than 9 games.</div></div>

I could see them playing shore on Kerfoots wing.

There is no benefit to putting hyman and dermott on LTIR. The leafs can’t use the cap space it would save them because they won’t be out very long. They will likely stay on IR.

As for Bracco, Sandin and Liljegren, I wouldn’t be surprised if any of them got their 9 game try out if they have a good camp. But I don’t see any of them sticking with the team. Will probably see at least 1 or 2 of them as regulars the following season. Hopefully I’m wrong and at least 1 can step up and play some meaningful minutes
