Habs future
You should probably do a little homework on your trade partners. Chicago is loaded at LD and rebuilding. The last thing they're looking to do is trade high picks for a 29 year old LD that doesn't fit their timeline. I'm not saying Matheson isn't worth what you're asking, just that Chicago is the wrong team to target.

That isn't enough to dump Campbell, let alone acquire Mrazek, too.

trades proposed by other teams fans vol 8
Hawks have a logjam at LHD with young players and prospects plus a couple vets; there is zero chance the Hawks pay to acquire another LHD...especially a 32 year old. The person who suggested this, has no idea what they were talking about.

24-25 Pens
CHI does not have "an accelerated rebuild now with Bedard." In fact, our actual GM, the players, and most of the fans all disagree with that narrative almost unanimously. The only people who ever suggest it are outsiders and and some media people whose jobs depend on there being excitement around the team they report on.
All of that is to say, no, I highly doubt CHI is paying for anyone, let alone Rakell. And even if they did, he isn't really a player that makes this team competitive. He would just be another veteran presence, and maybe add some leadership if he even has that sort of quality.

Hawks easily decline. They wouldn't take Kampf back if that 3rd was going to them along w/ Kampf. They definitely aren't paying anything for him

With Robertson’s injury history and the fact the Hawks need to add some size to their forward group, I don’t see this package being enough to get Dickinson with retention. I think Chicago will hold out for a 2nd round pick or spend the rest of the season trying to resign him.

12 mill in LTIR
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>NHLfan10506</b></div><div>I like the Grz move. Would like Brodie at same price (:grimace).
I do not think I would buy Dickinson or Mrazek. There are better options for less. I’d price em both around 5th round pick.</div></div>
I have Dickinson retained around a 2nd, Mrazek retained around a 3rd.
Without the retention the 3rd goes away

12 mill in LTIR
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Hawksguy81</b></div><div>Hawks have 8 of their top 12 forwards on IR. Dickinson is literally their best F at the moment. He isn't going anywhere until most or all of those 8 guys on IR return - if the Hawks even trade him at all and don't just re-sign him. If the Hawks do end up trading him, it won't be for less than a 2nd. I imagine there will be multiple teams in on him if the Hawks do end up trading him, so Hawks should get their asking price if not a little more.
I'm not even certain the trade you proposed a few days ago would fly now considering the Hawks injury issues.
2nd+3rd+Vanacek for Dickinson and Mrazak (no retention)
But this is probably as good as it gets, and again, it's now going to be much closer to the TDL than now. Hawks just can't afford to lose another F.</div></div>
Absolutely fair. Maybe just a Mrazek for 3rd+Vanacek swap then for now and we revisit the Dickinson move at the deadline?

TDL moving Cirelli v2
If most or all of the 8 forwards the Hawks have on IR are back by the TDL, they probably accept. That's a strong offer for Dickinson.

It's never gonna happen. Colton Dach will be a CHI Blackhawk for the foreseeable future, unless something really sweet is coming back. Even then, I doubt he is in the group of "on the table" prospects.

Nah, Murphy is worth more as a stable top 4 RD than what we are getting back with garland and a mid pick. Don’t know about the prospect, but If he was good you wouldn’t have included him here.
