Trocheck is on pace for a 50 point season. You are acting like he is a top line center. He just came back from serious injury and it is pretty obvious he is not the same player. Montour has shown he can play on both sides this season and could easily flip a RHD in offseason if needed. That being said I think Mitts and Tippet are pretty much a wash but I thought each team would value the position more. Panthers could use another center to replace Torcheck and Tippet playing wing could be more beneficial since sabres have Cozens.

To say Montour or risto is not fair value trocheck is just crazy look at the market right now for rental bottom pairing dman. Scandella could barely make sabres starting lineup and Montreal got a 2nd and fourth. Montour is a top 4 puck moving Dman. Meanwhile, Trocheck is a under performing second line center and if panthers are looking to trade him they must think the injury will prevent him from being the point producer he was before.

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Propeller09</b></div><div>Ok bud. McAvoy is one of the top 10... top 15 at very worst. If you don't think so, you aren't paying attention. He is the #1 on more than half the teams in the league. Including the best overall record Bruins.

As for Krejci: Season aVg 65 ppg -- Career avg 62ppg (Pretty consistent over 900 games) The best player he has ever played with was a 39 year old Iginla. He does not play with eilte talent but still manages to put up very impressive numbers.

Krejci would be the number one on 10+ teams in the NHL right now. Fact. I also never called him a 1c (although he really is). You should probably pay more attention to more the rest of the league.

He has outpaced in pts - Johanssen, Duchene, O'Reilly, Zibinejead, Domi, Larkin, Monahan, Karlsson.
He is about 5pts behind - for career - the likes of Getzlaf, Kopitar Staal &amp; Toews.

That is 1st line company &amp; he has done it with not a lot of help, He doesn't get 1st PP time on a very good PP so he doesn't see a lot of time. He doesn't play with Marchand or Pastrnak. He is very similar to Backstrom, he just hasn't had OVI - As I said, the best players he has played with are 39 year old Iginla, Horton or Debrusk.

it's not hometown bias. it's reality. He isn't better than Eichel, or Bergeron or half of the other #1 Centers in the league, but he is right there with the second tier #1 centers. I'd say he is a top 25-30 centers now - not projections, not drafting - Obviously Jack Hughes is more valueable, but he's not better, not yet.

He has also led the playoffs in scoring twice. Yes, Twice. He is a +133 for his career.

Sorry Dude. It must really suck to have to watch the sabres year after year.</div></div>

It’s amazing that you use so many words,
yet manage to say so little

Your hometown bias is immense
And Eichel isn’t getting traded for anything like this
He’s just not
You’re wrong
Take the L (for losing, to the Lightning, again) 😂😂😂
