Are we robbing the oilers again like we did for marino
I felt like this suspiciously timed AGM was more so you could bring up the fact the Pens got Marino for a steal in the wake of the Zucker trade. ?

Well Hornqvist is only 10 years older - being paid nearly 4M more per season but he has 5 more points than Bennett this year. Seems like a no brainer - if you have no brain.

Realistic Jack Johnson Trade
Yep, sure is difficult to trade a unwanted player with four years of term after this year. With a 5..525m raise to Guentzal next season, not a flexible cap for Pens.

Mario hughes pens trade deadline
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Pensfan89</b></div><div>I highly doubt the kings would buy him out and be on the hook for him for 8 years instead of 4. And the pens still wouldn’t trade their best prospects and still retain any salary if we aren’t getting a 1st back lol</div></div>
With 25% retention by Pittsburgh, the buyout cap hit for LA would only be $750k or so. They'd much rather have that then 4 years of him at nearly $2.5M.
Kings probably wouldn't send a 1st for Hallander without Johnson's contract included, keeping in mind that their 1st round pick would likely be top 5 overall. They most certainly wouldn't do Pittsburgh any favors by taking Johnson for you and sending you a 1st.

One More Trade
Wow that team is good. Only concern would be defense which we have seen figure itself out throughout the season. Ferland could be a steep price now that Muzzin got a first, but Jarry is a really good goalie prospect which are tough to come by. I am not sure what I would do here. Ferland would be a great Malkin compliment but he would be gone after this season, which I am unsure if I want to lose a 1st and Jarry for.

I really hate how good the Pens front office is. Always getting just what they need to make a deep impact on the playoffs. This deal would probably take a bit more to get Ferland, but it would make the Pens a clear favorite to challenge TB deep into the late rounds. Only weakness here is if Murray falters in playoffs or there's some injuries...but you can't prepare for that.
Pitt doesn't really ever need draft picks anyway either...they like to go the trade and UFA route.

Realistic Barzal Trade
obviously Barzal isn't being traded barring an immense overpay, and obviously Guentzel wouldn't be traded except for a few select scenarios. So of course it wouldn't happen. Both players are guys these teams are gonna build around, not trade away.
Both sides would say heck no, both are very good young players. Any person who really thought it was realistic to get barzal when the islanders are leading the division(after losing Tavares) was kidding themselves.

Danault always been a center hello. Danault played last year on the first line & right now he’s on the second line. In the best world he’s a very good third center. He’s good in faceoff & very good defensively. He plays on PK too. Brassard will not resign with Montreal because Poehling or Suzuki will be ready to play on the third line next year. That’s leave Domi,KK, Poehling & Peca. Määttä he’s Finish like KK Armia Niemi & Lehkonen. Montreal accept the trade.
