Who wants CROW
I think if the Blackhawks are in the race then they are keeping Lehner and Crawford until the end of the year, but if they are not then it really is all dependent on Crawford’s play. If he is stellar like he is this season then I’d think he would command a 1st round pick and maybe something else. but if he slides and doesn’t preform well this season then i think a 3rd would suffice. Crawford brings a lot to the table, he isn’t that old at 34, he has won 2 Stanley Cups which only Quick, Fleury, And Murray match. And Crawford offers a lot of stability in net. There may even be a possibility that CHI keeps him passed this year because this has happened twice before: once with Crawford- Darling, and fans thought CHI would keep Darling and they chose to keep Crawford. Then with Crawford-Emery which is close to what Crawford-Lehner have right now, some thought that Crawford will go but Crawford stayed. History repeats itself and I wouldn’t be surprised that if Crawford plays well this season CHI may keep him, and trade Lehner because Lehner would command a huge money contract. I also think CHI may be able to keep both as well if Crawford and Lehner both come back on team-friendly contracts then we may see the same thing we do this season with them spilling starts.

Very Bold
I think Toews and Lehner are worth more than Kotketnemi and Price. Lehner alone I think is better than Price currently because he is a really solid goaltender, so adding Toews and a first would be a lot.

franson and jurco dont work on this team, and danault is a young upcoming foreward who was here before and has a future. lindgren is for depth because forsberg is inconsistent.

Is Crawford playing Hardball??? Let's see how that would play out
I think crawford is one of the most underrated goalies in the leagues. I think he should of won the conn smythe in 2013. Anyway, i had fun reading the narrative, but like everyone said above, Crowford has an NMC and he wouldnt want to be waived. Also if Bowman does get rid of corey the he would immediately regret it. In the past couple of years the Hawks havent been as good around Crawford as they were when they won the cup. I mean in the last couple of wins during the regular season Crawford saved 40, 42, 39, shots almost every game. Crawford has placed himself with the elite.

Cap Stuff - trades of intrigue
I think the trades are realistic. Even though i am a crawford fan, and dont think they will ever trade him, and dont understand all the sudden rush to trade him, i think this certain trade would be somewhat realistic. i like this chicago roster.

Chicago would not trade their future to Vancouver just for third and gubranson, this is just my opinion.

$10 these moves are made
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>hawksfan88</b></div><div> But I think that Crawford is a proven top five or six goalie in the league being paid as the 9th highest paid goalie. Thats saying that Crawford has a good deal, it is still a lot of money though. And I love Darling but not sure its worth paying an unproven full time starter 3/4M when you can pay an elite/or very near elite goalie 6M.
For those of you that think Crawford sucks, screw you guys he's the reason the Hawks won the Central division this year.</div></div>
I agree that Crawford does not suck and is a great goaltender, i disagree that Crawford will get moved before the Bread Man, Crawford is a big part of the core, and the blackhawks will sorely regret trading Crawford if they do. I agree that Darling should not be the starter for the blackhawks, i do think that he could be a starter for another team though.

Crawford Winnipeg
I dont think that the blackhawks would trade Crawford but it is an interesting topic. I also dont think they would trade crawford for a second round player and a third round pick, i think they would want more. Also I dont know how much trust i would give darling to be a starter even though he was spectacular this season. A Very interesting topic

Colorado will Win the Cup Next Year
i dont think scott darling would agree to be paid 650,000 for 8 years, he has the 5th ranked GAA and he has played many games too. I doubt the signing of darling would be accurate. I would sign him for 2-4 million a year. The trades are hilarious, i love it!

Exploring a Crawford Trade
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Mr_cap</b></div><div>What's all of the incentive (all of a sudden) to trade Craw?</div></div>
I do not think that the Hawks are going to trade Crawford, i mean he has won two cups with them already. And I dont know why people would want to trade Crawford, he is a great goaltender. I do think this is a fair and good trade, if Bowman did trade. I also dont think Darling would be a replacement for a #1, either, though it could work based on how he has preformed this year.
