Great buy low bet. Under the buryable AHL cap hit

Blues with a great offseason. Not easy to add two play driving top 6 wingers while getting slightly younger

I'm not going to debate the value of a player like Kulak. It's the same as going in circles with the analytics community or eye test folks. Too much bias each way over a player that is marginal at best</div></div>
OK, I'm just saying he seemed toolsy. Like I said earlier, he ain't no McDonagh or Sergachev.
I will say I'm ashamed that I now have like 4 posts on Kulak

I don't know. He can pass, but got spooked under pressure in the playoffs. He can skate, but doesn't attack the rush like Petry. He has an active stick, but doesn't get many takeaways. It's like he would be good if he could put these things together

I think OP is trying to say Kulak << McDonagh. Which is very true. Someone like Sergachev would have been great :p

How do we keep Dadonov and Janmark with this cap
I have no idea why Vegas wanted to add Dadonov. To watch them lose to Montreal after their centres got outplayed in every matchup with Montreal and decide they need more wingers is baffling to me

For sure. He was very, very slow in his small cameo. Khaira might have been a good option? Or else maybe MacEwan can figure it out but I'm not sure. I don't know what the plan with Costmar is but I love him haha

That's a very bizarre return for Eichel haha. If I'm Kevyn Adams I'm probably asking for Jim Stu, a first, and a d prospect like Sanderson, Brannstrom, or Bernard Docker and not a ton of loose change

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>WhereArtTLuongo</b></div><div>Agree with everything you mentioned. Signing a guy like Ryan Murray is essential so he can form a shutdown pair with Poolman. One other thing I would like for the Canucks to address though is to go after a gritty bottom 6 player who brings some sandpaper in the lineup but that can also be done at the trade deadline. We'll see what happens</div></div>
Yeah, if only we had a young power forward with wheels, size, a great shot, at under $3 million, who we developed in house...
it would be a shame if such a player existed and threw it all away because his IQ was in the single digits

Some teams aka Buffalo/Arizona(after Keumper trade) might have tough time attracting goalies to play behind their teams. Not sure who else would need him</div></div>
Based on what Arizon has been doing you'd think you'd need to probably attach a pick or just straight up include him in the Kuemper deal

Thread:
What now
I'm leaning towards trying out Jason Demers on the right but with the contract we gave Poolman we seem to think he'll be a guy for us. Best case scenario he turns out to be the next Chiarot, but more likely he just stays as Poolman.
If you want to go that route I'd be happy too. We really desperately need two 2 men on the same pairing that can defend. Haven't really had that since Edler Tanev pairing. I would think we'd be looking to move Bones if we go that route ad I think we could get something interesting back for him, at around the value of a 2nd round pick. We'd probably need to showcase him in some sheltered minutes first.
Am also hoping we can add either Danton Heinen to play with Dickenson on a shut down line or Pius Suter to push Pearson down. In that case, and what I think is more likely anyway, we need to bridge Hughes cheaper. That deal you have for him is great but doesn't seem likely, especially after the monstrous contracts Makar and Heiskanen just signed. I don't see Quinn as a comparable to those guys, but apparently he and his agent do.
