How Much Will Dunn Cost

The ask from earlier was reportedly a 1st + a prospect

Based on what I heard yesterday, the Blues are looking to keep Dunn. So it would cost probably too much, plus Habs have insane amount of talent coming on the LD side. We have 8 players coming. Biggest organizations depth.

And think about STL, they would have Edmundson/or/Chiarot Scandella Gunnarsson Krug Perunovich Mikkola ... stop thinking about the Habs only and think what the other team will need/doesn’t need as well. Nobody here knows exactly what Vince Dunn cost ...

First of all, Dunn is not available until summer, at least. And offering Edmundson or Chiarot will get you nowhere. We're already lousy with LDs, so offering up older, more expensive, less valuable LDs ain't gonna move the needle.

I definitely agree with the second part of this take. First part, not so sure. I could see the Blues trading Dunn before just because they dont want to lose him for nothing in the expansion. And honestly, him being gone won't impact the team that much. He's a good player though, but he needs a place where he could become better much like Fabbri.
