Shaw had Value we needed
Pacioretty end his decline after being placed with Shaw
Danault jumped from 4th LW to 3rd Center beside Shaw (within a year both were on top line with Danault staying there)
Domi had a career high 71 points beside Shaw who Domi passionately spoke out against the media for trashing constantly
Reliable Secondary Center who made good Center prospects better and give those who struggled an extra boost
Our biggest mistake after a 2014 ECF was trading Eller to bring him in instead of keeping both.
Galchenyuk Tailspin only started after Eller was traded away as Eller played Mentor/Personal Coach for Chucky

MB made some great tactical Errors trying to hang on to past players as he was struggling to find Youth in the Draft
He busted i think it was like 4-5 first round picks before he started finding success.
But just like this year after a SCF MB made the team worse overall giving fans a few bright additions to cheer for mixws with depth in Goal Scoring,4th C,Veteran mid 6 winger and Veteran #4/5 D (Dvorak=Danault ,Hoffman=Radulov,Paquette=Mitchel,Perrault=Parenteau & Savard=Gilbert)
