Buffalo doesnt have interest in Mantha and certainly arent trading Peterka for him, why you do this

Vegas definitely wont include Stephenson in a trade, that would leave them with Patrick and Roy as their top 6 centers for at least 2 months

Doesn't help Vegas at all. Trading three regulars (and more) for an injured Eichel makes Vegas worse this year.
