Minnesota isn't taking from their d. They don't need another winger who they don't have room for, and they don't have cash for. They have Adam Beckman and Matt boldy who are very very close. So no interest as good boeser can be, MIN traded a good winger in Jason Zucker because they still have too much winger

A lot going on here...

Boeser is worth more than Dumba straight up. I also don't think Dumba is the defenseman the Canucks need. Our fan base seems divided on him, personally I like him, but he is definitely prone to dumb mistakes with his high-risk high-reward play. While I'd love Boeser, we need a top line center a lot more than a goal scoring winger right now.
