Description

So I'm not sure if this makes sense but NYI don't need both goalies.

Imo Colorado still has suspect goaltending and this would give them a solid 1A/B tandem. NYI get a much needed upgrade at LD without subtracting much from their current roster.

This also gives Col a first to go after someone like Miller to round out their top 6.

Keep Girard and trade for fluery at the deadline. He's been unreal these last 5 games for the hawks, and the Coloado defence is way better than the hawks

Oh I saw him up close against the Canucks last night 😭.

Fleury is an interesting idea and would likely be cheaper. What would you want for him at 50% retained? Colorado would still need to move some cap to fit that in I think.

I'm kind of assuming you guys bounce back. Starting with a huge road trip and then some guys getting COVID will really hurt a team.

Absolutely not, girard is worth more than. A 34 year old goalie and a pick and they don’t need to change anything in net, their goaltending hasn’t been an issue in any game this year
