About right, but I think Sanheim is worth more.

Im not a fan of his, but his stats and icetime as a 2nd pairing LD (and his ability to play RD) is worth probably even a bit more than a good prospect and a late 1st, or Lindstrom and a DET 2nd

And most of those other trades are probably about right on value, although maybe giroux gets a bit more (especially if retaining 4mil)

And if theyre moving those guys, I could see Yandle going as well

avs decline. They need to keep jost and add to the depth, not burn futures to add a rental and then create a hole in their bottom 6 losing one of the best PKers and defensive fwds

Avs decline, not the rental they need.
They dont need Girouxs scoring, they need a steady two way middle 6F (maybe a 3G depending how Francouz holds up).

Interesting Detroit trade. I haven't kept up with Sanheims play over the last two years but before when I was watching him start his career out looked as though he was going to be good. Lindstrom is looking like he's going to be a very very good shut down guy.

Lindstrom is a very very good shut down guy who is still only 23 and on a cheap deal. I don't think the value is too far off. Also Detroit would have no reason to trade him but we do need LD for next season.
