No way Colorado does this and I’m a Habs fan. Return is too big and I can’t see Colorado taking 4.25M on without someone going back the other way, esp for a meh player

Your right Petry will not be in Detroit at least not for that. Wings not trading for a player were they have 2 good players and trading away a center which they need.

Yzerman already said that he's not giving up assets for an aging player like Petry that doesn't fit out rebuild timeline. If Yzerman is willing to give up Tyler Bertuzzi because he doesn't fit our timeline. Then he's definitely not giving up good assets for a declining RHD like Petry.
