Just as fun as pretending Gibson is bad but still proceeding to trade for him 20 times an hour

when really it would show a team 100% believes he is the long term solution in net and would be paying with that in mind

I think the best one that I read yesterday was "BREAKING: John Gibson might be traded. I’m also being told he might not be. It’s because he hates it in Anaheim, but he also likes it and is just fine hanging through the rebuild. But he doesn’t want to play during a rebuild.", which was followed by a comparison to Mike Smith with "Who would you rather have? If it’s true he’s gifted but not as competitive, vs. The Un-gifted “battler”."

Appreciate the effort but unfortunately people will probably make more Gibson trades now. Just like everyone saying strome won't be qualified so they get him for free
