3 way trade saw on twitter

I think unless CBJ get *know* that Wright will be available at 2OA, and *know* that Nemec/ Jiricek won't be available at 6/12, I just don't think it is worth passing up the value adds. I've heard some rumbling about Cooley lately, but I don't know enough to say.

CBJ need 1Cs and RD1's. If they can come out of the draft with a player who can (reasonably soon) become one of those, then I'm happy.

I saw the tweets about this, too. They're French language. I wouldn't credit them too much, just Habs fans dreaming. I'd expect that Columbus would want more from the trade than just the 2OA if trading both 6 and 12.

Also, MTL comes out of this with just 6OA. Is Anderson that much of a dead-weight that they would give up all of this just to move him?

Yeah, if I'm right and it's from the same thread from this morning, a few of us also came up with:
Mtl: 1OA+26 OA
CLB: 12 OA+Laine
NJ: 2OA

What they all receive is:
MTL: 2OA+12OA
NJ: Laine
CLB: 1OA+26OA

My thought is that Columbus would likely get a body from MTL in this deal...don't know how Devils fans would feel...I think, with an extension for Laine it'd be a great addition that 2OA likely never turns into, but yeah, it was interesting.
