If there’s one thing the past 2 years have shown me, it’s that the jets roster is not a playoff team in its current state. The issues are deeper than coaching, they’ve had serious locker room and culture issue for years. Until that changes I don’t see much success for the team.

They’re closer to being a rebuilder than a playoff team in my opinion.
