I say CBJ declines. Now maybe if the trade is made next summer and Canucks retain 2m of 8m contract, maybe that's more reasonable.

Columbus declines, Gudbranson isn’t worth the 4 mil contract, but it’s only 4 years and it’s pretty friendly buyout after year 2 and as inconsistent as Roslovic is, he’s still the hometown kid and seems to want to be in Columbus. Plus their contracts are shorter term and gives Columbus cap room when they need it in a few years for their younger players.
