You can be sure that Ullmark isn't waiving to Ottawa. I'm guessing he's not even waiving to the Wings or any team with cap.
Gee, Atlantic or even Eastern Conference rivals shouldn't be helping the Bruins and their cap. Offering sheeting Swayman might be the way to go by some team, especially if Ullmark is untradable.
Hall didn't play to his contract last season. Just think there is better value out there at 6m without giving up a good pick.

I like the 3rd trade, and have beat that drum afew times. It makes a ton of sense.

I like the creativity in 1 and 2, but I don't see it happening. It all depends on where Detroit lands in the lottery, and who is still on the board with the Isles pick. If someone like Moore, Leonard, Yager, or Pelikka is still there, I'd rather keep the pick and add a top talent.

I'd also keep Ulmark to be 1a 1b with Husso. I'm not fond of giving up assets to get Debrincat.
