WAY too much retention, but the value of the return is closer to what the Sharks would be looking for.

I'm not totally ready to give up on Coe just yet though, I think guys like him take a bit longer to adjust to Pro since he was so much bigger physically than the guys in junior

I appreciate keeping the dream alive but don't think SJ is going to ship Karlsson to the Oilers without Broberg coming back (with the assumption Bouchard is untouchable after his playoff performance). SJ needs quality RD prospects and are overloaded on LD. Also there's no way SJ is going to retain half, more like 18-30%, so realistically it'll have to involve a 3rd team if EDM isn't taking more contract on.

Broberg can barely play LD and you stick him on the Right side…..Also, Dylan Holloway couldn’t crack the Oilers line up in the playoffs and all of a sudden he’s top LW.

I think you might be disappointed come the start of next season, there is a real chance nether of these players on on the Oilers roster.
