I had the thought for this one because Arizona doesn't seem to have any talented D or D prospects, and they're at the point of coming out of their rebuild in the next year or two with Cooley, Guenther, whoever they get at 6, etc. This gives them a PP QB and 1D for the next 8 years. They can more than afford the cap hit, and keep in mind 7 years of team control is valuable.
