Sabres aren't adding a goalie this off season. Nor are they moving Rosen for a d-man who cant defend.

Massive overpay for Addison. Dude was a defensive casualty this season. Power needs a DFD who can hold that pairing down that lets him be creative offensively, Buffalo has their PP quarterbacks set.

Is there ever a trade you think the Canes will accept? You can remove the retention and make the move for a 3rd and it's a decent acquisition. Adding a one-tee player who can score 25-30 on the wing is exactly what Carolina needs. If they can't acquire top end guys like Ehlers or Schmaltz, it's a cheap grab.
