Hawks decline. The only way Allen ends up in Chicago is if Montreal includes their '25 or '26 2nd rounder going to the Hawks.

Seriously, think about the needs of the teams you are proposing deals with, both of your offers benefit Montreal and only Montreal. The other teams just hang up the phone, no chance of either deal happening.
