Girard-Morrow get pushed in hard as a pair.

Morrow needs a partner like Forbort or another stay home defenseman.

That doesn’t solve the 25-26 as we aren’t going to pair nikishin with Morrow. chatty with Girard isn’t much better either.

Signing Forbort or Dillon makes more sense. Take a flyer on Stanley finally figuring it out maybe

Why would Avs do this? And if they were inclined to dump Girard, other teams could easily beat this offer
