Among all 32 teams, the Kings need an average goalie the least. Not only would Mrazek immediately be their highest paid goalie, but he'd probably be behind Talbot, Copley, Rittich. They have 0 need for a goalie, and have all the leverage in this.

Mrazek isn't really even the 1B on Chicago yet. Soda faced Vgk, Tor, Bos vs Mrazek's Col, Mtl, Pit

I don't think Turcotte has this much value since he seems to be headed towards bust territory, you could probably get him for a 2nd and a 3rd.

I would love to bring Turcotte back to his hometown, but no one is paying this much for him. He certainly could be a late bloomer and still hit his ceiling, but he hasn't shown nearly enough to hold this kind of value. Which, I'm sure is a tough pill to swallow for LA fans, but it's the truth. If they aren't willing to cut ties, move on, and lower their expectations for a return, I say just wait until they do or he becomes a free agent, whichever comes first.

Can't see the Hawks spending a 1st on Turcotte. Or LA wanting Mrazak.

Mrazek could have some value as a backup on a contender but LAK doesn't seem like the right fit.

Turcotte is rapidly becoming a guy who will end up being swapped with some other team's bust in the hopes that a change of scenery fixes them both.
