Flames might get more of an appealing package to them from some other team......or two if the players traded are sent to different teams.
But I don't know why the Flyers would do the deal. Hanifan and Walker are about an equal swap, so IMO you're giving too much for Lindholm,

Flyers aren’t contenders even after the trades they aren’t contenders just because they might get lucky and make the playoffs doesn’t make them contenders
