Description
I know everyone like to pick apart the specific moves, but this is a general idea of what the SJS could look like in 2025/26. Cap hit based on Athletic projection. Trade for Veteran to help other team with cap space in July 2025. Sign a Veteran in July 2024 and deal him before the deadline 2025. Bring up Prospects as they become ready. Win the lottery for Celebrini (25% chance). I would also look to add a big name Free Agent in July of 2026. However that assumes that the team has brought up these kids already. This also assumes Couture is able to come back at all. If Couture is on LTIR then I expect the Sharks to sign a veteran C.

All the trades heavily favour SJS. None of the other teams accept.

This can be said about nearly every NHL trade that actually happened.

Sturm has 13 points, nobody is paying a second for an overpaid fourth liner.

Signing and trading a player makes no sense, the other team would have just signed Kubalik without giving up assets. He's also not worth a 2nd.

Iafallo doesnt cost a first to dump.
