jeff skinner isnt asking out. The guy said no to LA and yes to BUF so he could be closer to Toronto. He's not leaving unless its for the leafs and theyd have to gut their whole roster to make room for his cap hit.

Skinner cannot ask out and be out. It would require a lot of sacrifices from Sabres to make it done
