Just wings don't need or want eller...at all..we want to keep our picks & youngsters ..only one that's consistently been available for right price is AA..so ur right here.. I think djoos ..isnt proven what he is yet..orlov interesting.... But not sure either side would do it for the uncertainty... And ALOT of wash likes green that much & coming off injury? ..if so..then deal ..for me...not sure wings would do it...

AA for Orlov straight up or included pick exchange... Hmmmm

I wouldn't do it for Orlov alone. If you add in Eller, who could be a 2nd line center on some teams, and proven it in the playoffs, and DJoos, who's a young defenseman who could be top 4 in the future, the caps don't have any need to give up those assets.

Ha! That package wouldn’t even get you Orlov plus Green is a UFA and nobody is doing a sign and trade for him. If you want Orlov, Djoos and Eller you better be sending either Mantha or that #6 overal in some kind of package.

Considering Green is a UFA and can just sign with the Capitals, yeah it's a terrible deal for Capitals lol. Yeah, AA+ 4th + Green's right might get you Orlov. Not much more

I guess I am confused... why would green sign with Detroit to be used in a trade to Washington? Why not just sign with Washington?

no I can read, have you no knowledge of "ufas" caps aren't trading elder and Orlov for AA. If caps sign green as UFA, and need cap space they just trade Orlov or eller, they don't have to trade to wings for a ufa.
