Five stars for wanting O'Reilly.

I think both teams would make this trade 10/10 times. They both get needs accomplished. Columbus gets another top 6 center with term and Buffalo gets a great winger to go with eichel or mittlestadt.

Without the extension it doesn't make sense for Buffalo.

I would help Ryan O'Reilly pack, find him a realtor, personally drive him to Columbus, give him a big hug and thank him for his time in Buffalo, pick up Panarin, drive him to Buffalo, help him find a house, unpack and mow his lawn for a year if this trade comes with an extension for Panarin

I think BUF needs to add. O'Reilly is fantastic, and doesn't get nearly enough credit, but Panarin has the ability to break a game over his knee the way only a few players can.

Has to be an extension in place at or below 9.5AAV for Panarin. Otherwise I will pass

agreed but that would never happen. If you are BUF you hope this is the year the ship gets turned in the right direction....Eichel,Middelstadt,Dahlin all going to make an extension at some time next year or next july enticing. Kane to Buffalo is also a real possibility sometime in the next 2-3 years given the ridic amount of young talent they can send chicago's way. If all fails you get out of ROR contract and trade Panarin at deadline for 1st + roster player/good prospect

By the way, if we can trade them next year, but we can also probably trade ROR right now is not for Panarin and get a good return, or leave ROR in Buffalo, worse from this will not be exact.
