I'm only going to address your 3rd point. De La Rose would be an improvement over Hanzal, but we have NHL ready guys in our system that would be an improvement over De La Rose. And Heiskanen is currently one of the best players in the world that's not playing in the NHL. He is absolutely ready for the NHL this season. Both Heiskanen and Reilly will likely play bottom-4 minutes this season, but the only difference is that Heiskanen will eventually be a top-pair defenseman. Reilly will not. Even if the Stars were willing to move Heiskanen, this isn't a deal that they would accept.
If Dallas was willing to move Heiskanen, Montreal would have to start with Pacioretty, a top prospect (Kotkaniemi, Poehling, Mete, Ylonen), and a 2nd/3rd round pick
