Only reason I don't see this happening is that you'd be below the cap floor, probably need to look at taking on some bad contracts (with low salary for Eugene).

Yeah they would need to either sign FAs or make a trade to absorb some ugly cap. The LTIR also wouldn't come into effect at this low of a salary. I just wanted to emphasize how truly fucked up bad this team is.
