interesting in the sense ive never seen a PTO command such a large contract, I'm used to seeing 800k range. Never been sure about Sbisa but as a 6th 7th defensemen youy can't go wrong

Sbisa is terrible, but I guess if the Islanders are looking to tank he's an excellent pickup.

Lamoriello has lost it! I don't know why he'd pay a guy twice what he had to! He hasn't adjusted the way he builds his teams to the 21st century. He must think he's back in 1995 where everyone tries to take each other's head of. Look at the guys he's signed: Martin and Komorov.

I trust that Sbisa will be a good depth addition to the NYI squad.
