The value is not enough BUT Im not going to be bashing, you gave it a try, Saad is more useful not in Toronto.. ton of young wingers for cheap you know.. I love Sikura, he might be Matthews' playmaker. But I would think that if Nylander goes to Chicago, Jokiharju+ is going the other way.

Fair value. Leafs fans will ask for Kane but it’s fair

Nylander is several years younger than Saad and reached 60 points TWICE. Something Saad has never accomplished. Not a fair deal

It's not a good deal for the Leafs. Saad isn't as good as Nylander and has just three years of control compared to Nylander's five. Sikura is 26 year old minor league and certainly Rutta isn't special enough to fill the cap of Saad and Nylander value.

Tyler Sikura is the minor leaguer. Dylan is a good young prospect with really good top 9 and maybe even top 6 potential. I thought Rutta was one of our better defensemen and is definitely an NHL player, unlike Carrick and Ozhiganov, who may or may not pan out

Thanks for the correction. I didn't 't see him listed. I'll agree that Carrick is an iffy NHLer at best.

Yeah idk about Carrick irl, although he was really good for me in NHL 18 lol. He's from Illinois, so it would be cool for the Hawks to take a shot on him

Carrick just might put on waivers this week. He still might be NHLer player but he doesn't really hurt any teams cap even if he sent to the minors. Seems like a good guy, hard worker. I think he will be given an NHL opportunity again.

Looking at your profile you seem to be more of a Pens fan. So, you watched him 6 times per season? His two seasons in CBJ he was 1st and 3rd in team scoring respectively.

Then, of course there is your pun..... frown

I get fox sports ohio man, I seen him play like 60 games as a bluejacket. He's not that good. Very over rated. Not worth 6 mil a year for sure.
