You could have Shaw for Fleury straight up and they’d probably add a 3rd and retain.

On the other end the Jets offer is an embarrassment. So lopsided in Canes favor. Sens isn’t a peach either.

Sharks/Oilers decline.

Ok, 2 thirds 2 promising young players and a 4th liner for morrisy and a fourth. Ottawa is getting a prospect who has so much potential in Roy, a player who lead the ashl in goals last year and I ready to make the leap to the nhl, and a third liner who is young and could turn into a second liner, and adding on a second, this deal saves the leafs around 3 million dollars too. The oilers will get a 1st and a second plus a good second line center for nugent Hopkins who will save the oilers 2 million. Sharks get a goalie plus 3 draft picks for their backup. Know are you sure they all decline.

Victor Rask is a very expensive, very mediocre #3C on a mediocre team. Care to explain how he'd fit in as a #2C in Edmonton? Kid's a cap dump, not a valuable piece. Not worth trading RNH for a deferred 1st and a 2nd.

Way off as usual. You have to get over this pile of mediocrity is worth a good player attitude. The eqivalant would be the Jets offering, Petan, Dano, seth griffen and 2 3rds for Slavin or Pesce. You taking it? No. It’s a crap offer.

Wallmark is worth a 3rd at best. Saku a 5th. Di G is 7th. So you have 3 3rds a 5th 7th. For what amounts to a 1st a 3rd and 4th.

Stop trying to trade a 6 quarters for a $20 bill then defending it.

You have essentially 2 2nds and 2 3rds for Stone who is worth 2 1sts.

Put Sharks over the cap.

I’m absolutely sure they decline, they are bad deals.

Ottawa would be dumb to not take that deal for a ufa. That is a great package.

Winnipeg says no, Dell would be a decent target but the deal would need to fit cap, maybe taking some cap so they can resign karlsson but having dell may be needed for playoffs... run darling this season if it doesn’t work maybe a draft day deal?

Habs say yes, oilers say no, flames say yes and of course as I already stated if we were trading nylander that is a perfect package.

Ottawa. As much as Canes need scoring why is Zykov not playing? Holes there. Roy is an aversge prospect. McGinn Is a 3rd liner. Package is merely ok. Stone is worth a 1st and decent prospect as a rental at minimum. Package isn’t to far from that in value, but i’d rather have the 1st if i’m Ottawa. Keep one of the players and make the 2nd a 1st and you have a deal. Otherwise they’ll shop around to see if there is better.

Of course Flames and Habs say yes, they are ripping the Canes off.

Because they will most likely lose him to ufa, zykov needs some time but he is a skilled player and was dominant as 22 year old in the ahl. Think there’s something there. If your reasoning is Ottawa in the playoffs then yes this deal doesn’t get done, but no deal does.

I consider zykov Mcginn and a second to be more than a late first.

Kane and Nash got 1st + last year as UFA to be. Nash was washed up and Kane is cancer. Stone is worth at least as much.

Sorry I put an edit in afterwords, zykov mcginn and a second is better than a late first in my opinion and Roy is the prospect.

Agreed Zykov. MCginn, 2nd worth more than 1st by itself. But a 1st and one of them is worth more than the both and a 2nd. My counter offer if i’m Ottawa is 1st, Zykov and Roy.

Yes but there is also Roy in there, that’s why I’m saying it’s close in value to a first and a prospect.

Now two prospects and a first no it’s low.

Yup, but Stone is worth more. Kane - 1st/prospect similar to Roy/4th. Nash - 1st/Spooner/good prospect. And i think Stone is worth more than they were. And if the Canes won’t pay it somone else will. Appreciate your opinion though. I always do.
